- USERS
Access and Use of the TRF Website by the User implies the User’s full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions for the Website described below and obligation to fully comply with them. These conditions shall apply regardless of the mandatory General Conditions of Contract.
- USE FOR THE WEBSITE
The website http://www.trf.es provides access to a wide range of information, services, programs and data (henceforth, “contents”) on the Internet belonging to TRF or its lessees to which USER may have access. The USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. The User is obligated to make proper use of the Website contents and services that TRF provides through its portal, and not to use them to:
- realize illicit activities, illegal or against the good faith or law.
- Spread racist, xenophobic or pornographic contents and incitement to terrorism or contents that attack human rights.
- The User is also committed to refraining from use the Website for fraudulent purposes, and to refrain from any conduct that could damage the image, interests, or rights of TRF or of any third parties.
- Try to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.
TRF reserves the right to withdraw all comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that attack against youth or childhood, public safety or, in their view, would not be adequate for publication. In any case, TRF will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
TRF considers as a basic objective to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of the personal data of Users collected through any system, which allows for the transmission of data and declares its commitment to comply with the regulations established on personal data protection; General Regulation for Data Protection ((UE) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Regulation 95/46/CE), taking the necessary security measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability and avoid alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access by third parties.

- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The intellectual and industrial property rights over the Website belong to TRF or its licensees, including the availability of its contents, the sui generis right over the underlying databases, the graphic design and User interface of the Website (look & feel), the underlying computer programs (including source and object codes), as well as the various elements integrated into the Website (texts, graphics, photographs, videos, sound recordings, etc.) (the “Contents”). TRF or its licensees also own the rights to the distinctive signs and symbols included on the Website (brands and trademarks).
All rights reserved. According to articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, it is expressly prohibiting the user from reproducing, transforming, distributing, publicly communicating, making available, extracting from, and/or reusing the Website, its Contents, and/or the distinctive symbols of TRF or those of any other third party that may be incorporated into the Website, except under circumstances where legally permissible or with prior authorization from TRF. The USER undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights held by TRF. He can view the elements of the portal and even print, copy and store them on his computer’s hard disk or any other physical media provided it is exclusively for his personal and private use. The USER shall refrain from deleting, altering or manipulating any protection device or security system that is installed on the TRF pages.
- DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
TRF is not responsible for damages and losses of any nature that could cause, by way of example: errors or omissions in the contents, unavailability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the Content, despite having adopted all the technological measures necessary to avoid it.
- MODIFICATIONS
TRF reserves the right to update, modify or delete, without notice, the information contained on the Website. TRF can change, delete or add contents or services that are rendered through the Website as well as its presentation or design.
- LINKS
http://www.trf.es may include various types of technical linking devices that allow the User to access other websites. In such cases, TRF will not be liable for the services and contents provided via the Linked Sites. In no case does the existence of Linked Sites imply TRF’s recommendation, promotion, identification, or conformity with the statements, contents, or services provided via the Linked Sites. As a result, TRF does not accept liability for the contents of the Linked Sites, nor for their conditions of use or privacy policies. The User is solely responsible for verifying these and accepting them each time it accesses and uses such sites.
- RIGHT OF EXCLUSION
TRF reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate the User’s access to the Website, adopting any technical measures that may be necessary for this purpose. BBVA also reserves the possibility of exercising such measures under circumstances where there is reasonable suspicion that the User is violating any of the terms found in the Terms and Conditions of the Website or any other individual terms or conditions found on the Website.
- GENERALITIES
TRF reserves the right to take legal action against Users who violate or infringe upon the intellectual and/or industrial property rights.
- ADMENDMENTS TO THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATION
At any time, TRF can modify the conditions determined here, being properly published as they appear here.
The validity of the conditions referred to will depend on their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by others.
- APLICACABLE LAW
The laws of Spain will be those applicable to the information society services that TRF provides through the Website. Therefore, Spanish legislation will be applicable to all legal issues that may involve the present Website or any disputes between the User and TRF. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Tribunal of the city of Zaragoza.
