TRF’s Management has decided to implement an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System as a framework for action towards the continuous improvement of the company through which it is committed to:
- To meet the needs and requirements of our clients, including legal and regulatory requirements, in order to achieve their maximum satisfaction.
- Establish indicators that lead us to assess the objectives set in order to continuously improve the execution of our processes.
- To provide the necessary human and material resources to ensure the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of our Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System.
- Provide the necessary training on the processes of the Integrated Management System to all members of the company, to achieve their maximum participation and training.
- Comply with the applicable Environmental Legislation and Regulations , as well as all requirements subscribed to by other regulatory commitments.
- To establish a commitment to environmental prevention and protection, taking into account environmental aspects and the life cycle approach from the initial design of our products and during all stages of service provision.
TRF’s Management is firmly convinced of the importance of this policy, which is why it is committed to complying with it and reviewing it periodically to keep it appropriate to the company’s purpose, using quality and environmental objectives aimed at achieving it.
