PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Advanced Core Holding (AC) Group considers it a basic objective to guarantee the privacy and confidentiality of the personal data of its Users collected through any system that allows the transmission of data and expresses its commitment to comply with the regulations established in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679), taking the necessary security measures to guarantee confidentiality, integrity, availability and prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access by third parties.
In this regard, we inform you of the following:
1. Data controller
The data controller will be any of the companies that make up the AC Group, depending on which of them provides the service.

2. Data security
The AC Group guarantees the technical and organizational measures necessary for the security and integrity of the personal data it contains, avoiding its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed, whether they come from human action or from the physical or natural environment.
3. Purpose of data collection
The collection and automated processing of Personal Data is intended to:
– The maintenance of the contractual relationship established between the data owner and any of the companies of the AC Group.
– The execution, maintenance and management of all relationships that any of the companies of the AC Group and the Data Owner may maintain: commercial, administrative, accounting, labor, marketing, training, and any other provision of services that is requested from any of the companies of the AC Group by the Data Owner.
– The sending of technical, operational and promotional information, provided that you have given your consent to do so (by checking the corresponding box) or there is a prior commercial/contractual relationship with the user/client and it refers to the sending of commercial communications regarding similar promotions (article 21.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce).
In no case will they be used for purposes other than those for which they have been collected.
Likewise, and to improve navigation, cookies are used (small information files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to carry out certain functions that are considered essential for the correct operation and display of the site. See our cookie policy.
4. Duty of information and consent of the affected party. Legitimation of the treatment.
When data is requested from the User, it will be incorporated into the treatment system of any of the companies of the AC Group, being treated with the purpose and legal basis established in the clause attached to each existing form for this purpose, indicating which of the companies is specifically responsible for that treatment and with the appropriate degree of protection, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679).
In general, the legal basis for the processing of personal data is:
The consent given for sending information. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
The execution of a contract between the parties, and for the fulfillment of the rights and obligations derived from the contractual relationship.
Our legitimate interest, in the case of sending communications directly related to the contractual relationship.
5. Data retention
The personal data provided will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and once it has ended for the legally foreseen time for the prescription of contractual liability actions (the legally foreseen periods) and the personal contact data for the purposes related to the sending of commercial communications will be kept as long as the interested party, in the exercise of their rights, does not expressly manifest their deletion, revocation or limitation of the purpose of treatment.
6. Data recipients
The companies that make up the AC Group will not inform about your personal data to any third party, unless the purpose of the communication is to fulfill the purposes directly related to the legitimate functions of the transferor and the transferee or the Owner has given their consent for this purpose or when the transfer is authorized by any Law.
Data transfers to third countries are not foreseen.
7. Rights of the data owner
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation about whether in any of the companies of the AC Group we are processing personal data that concerns them, or not.
Interested persons have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may object to the processing of their data. In this case, the company of the AC Group that is responsible for the treatment, will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
You can materially exercise your rights in the following way: by sending an email to advancedcore@trf.es, duly identifying yourself and expressly indicating the specific right you want to exercise.
You also have the possibility of filing a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) in the event that you consider that the processing of your data is not being adequate.
